Track Meet In Sioux Falls Allison Sebern is pictured above during the 400 Meter race at the State Track and Field Meet held in Sioux Falls on Friday and Saturday, May 27th & 28 Sebern clocked the fastest time in the preliminary race on Friday and was a favorite to win, but Ipswich's Macy Heinz took the lead in the fi- nal and Allison ended the race .34 behind her in 2 place.
