PROCEEDINGS
The Town of Herrick Board
of Trustees met in regular session
Monday, 02 February 2016 in the
old Town Hall.
Shawn Claussen,Angie Minkos
and Ray Rolf were the Trustees
present. Roy Farabee, finance offi-
cer was also present.
Others present were: Member
of the community.
Call to order was at 7:07 PM.
The agenda was approved on
a motion by Claussen, seconded by
Roll. Motion carried.
The minutes of the 01-04-2016
meeting were approved on a motion
by Claussen, seconded by Rolf. Mo-
tion carried.
The reports presented by the
Finance Office were approved on
a motion by Rolf, seconded by
Claussen. Motion carried.
Resident input: Roaming dogs
once again discussed at length.

unteers to assist in the maintenance
activities around Town. Call any
trustee.
8) Motion by Rolf, seconded by
Minkos to pay $25.00 per hour to
the grader operator. Motion carried.
